First time we have used them for a my sons birthday - sandwhiches, sausage rolls, gourmet turkish bread finger slices, fruit platter etc Sammie and her team were outstanding, super efficient, friendly. “Sammie made our wedding cake and it was amazing! My husband is a chef and it was really important that the cake tasted great and not like a typical wedding cake that was too sweet and boring in flavour.We had a white chocolate with lemon curd and chocolate with a berry coulis. It tasted SO good and guest raved about it after our wedding! The process of trying the different flavours with cupcakes first was super helpful in making our flavour decisions. The cake also looked exactly how we wanted!
